Do I need a rental car?

A car is a must to enjoy your stay because Lanzarote has a lot of hidden and marvelous spots to visit.
Our houses are all situated in a quiet area away from the mass tourism.
We always work together with the same company and can offer you a rental car at a very interesting price,
full insured and no hidden costs. The cars are available at the airport by arrival.
We always come to the airport to welcome you, pick up your rental car and help with the paperwork.

How far is the airport from my vacation rental?

Only 20 km away from the airport a 25 min drive.

How do I get the keys?

We always come to the airport to welcome you, pick up your rental car and help with the paperwork.
Together we go to your resort, so you don’t have to worry how to get there, a perfect start of your holiday.

Do I have to bring bed laundry and towels?

Bed laundry, kitchen, bath and beach towels are provided free of charge.
Every 7 days we provide fresh towels.
A washing machine is available at any resort if you like to wash in between.

How late is my resort available and when do I have to leave?

Your resort is always ready for you the day of arrival ultimately at 2 pm and has to be free the day of departure at 9 am.
If you have an afternoon- or evening flight we can store your luggage for you.

We always come to the airport, even if you hire a rental car, to welcome you and guide you to your accommodation,
therefore it’s important to send us your flight number, hour of arrival and
 your mobile phone number. 

Especially for our guests we can arrange a rental car.
We always work together with the same car rental company and can offer you a car at a very interesting price.
All cars are delivered at the airport, 100% full insured, without kilometer restriction and no bill after for refueling.
Also a second driver is included in the price.

I would like to stay longer then 7 nights… is this possible?

No problem at all, if you want to enjoy our little piece of paradise longer then 7 nights. Ask for our special prices for a 10 day holiday!
depending on available flights you can stay 1, 2, 3, … nights more.


Does the arrival day has to be on Saterday?

Not at all, the arrival day is free to determine.
We have guests from all over the world and therefore depending on the flights and availability is the arrival day free to decide.


We prefer separate sleeping rooms… is this possible?

Sleeping rooms are in accordance with the number of guests, 2 persons is 1 sleeping room with 1 bathroom,
3 to 4 persons 2 sleeping rooms, 4 to 6 persons 3 sleeping rooms.

If for any reason you want an additional room no problem at all.
For your own convenience please let us know in advance,
an extra fee will be charged for the bed laundry and supplementary cleaning.

What are the payment conditions?

All bookings will be confirmed by e-mail.

Payments can be done by bank transfer or Paypal, 50% has to be paid within 10 days after receiving the confirmation e-mail
and the balance also 50% 1 month before the arrival date.

Your booking is secured after paying 50% of deposit by bank transfer at the date mentioned in the confirmation letter.
You receive an e-mail to confirm your payment.

If the final payment isn’t done 1 month before arrival we have the right to cancel your booking without refund
and offer the location for the reserved period to the last minute market.

What is the cancellation policy?

If for any reason you have to cancel your reservation we apply following rules:

– More then 3 months before the arrival date the deposit will be paid back to your bank account

– Between 3 months and 1 month before arrival the deposit will not be paid back
but the paid money will be reduced if you make a new reservation within 18 months

– Less then 1 month before arrival 25% off the payment will be reduced if you make a new reservation within 18 months.

Is WiFi connection available?

At all our locations is free WiFi available.

What is the nearest touristic center?

Costa Teguise is the nearest touristic center with shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, …
and the famous Costa Teguise Golf is only 15 min drive away.

Where is the nearest supermarket and restaurant?

Only 5 min with the car is the local supermarket and a very nice Italian restaurant.

Can I go for a swim close to my resort?

All houses are situated very close to the ocean and accessible for a swim .
In the village Los Cocoteros is also a natural filling swimming pool with ocean water without influence of the waves.

Where can I rent a bike, scooter or motorbike?

In Costa Teguise are several places where you can rent bikes, scooters and even motorbikes.
Some of these companies have a delivery and pick up service.
